At URBAN REVIVO Thailand, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the invoice is included to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized courier service point or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner using the provided return label.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
