We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 2,000 THB. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of 100 THB applies. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for Bangkok and 3-5 business days for other provinces.
How can I return an item I purchased online?
You can return unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Simply log into your account, initiate a return request, and drop off the package at any authorized courier point.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PromptPay QR code payments, and Rabbit LINE Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Currently, online purchases must be returned through our online portal. However, you are welcome to visit our retail stores in malls like EmQuartier or IconSixt to try on items and make new purchases.
